Because of the nature of our jewellery, returns are accepted only within 3 days of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:
- You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the damaged or wrong product.
- Jewellery with broken seals, missing tags, or signs of wear will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Once verified, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
