What’s Covered
We will repair or replace your jewellery for free if there are:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues caused during the making of your jewellery.
- Material Quality Issues: Problems with the metals or stones we used.
- Craftsmanship Issues: Any faults in how your jewellery was put together.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, or fading from everyday use.
- Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen jewellery.
- Accidental Damage: Damage from dropping, hitting, or improper care.
- Third-Party Repairs: Repairs or changes made by anyone except DEV Jewellers.
- Resizing: Size adjustments are not covered under warranty.
