What’s Covered
We will repair or replace your jewellery for free if there are:
- Manufacturing Defects – Any issue during the making of your piece.
- Material Quality Issues – Problems with metals or stones used.
- Craftsmanship Faults – Mistakes in the way your jewellery was put together.
- Fading of Shine/Polish – Natural fading from daily use is fully covered.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Loss or Theft – Missing or stolen jewellery.
- Accidental Damage – Dropping, hitting, or mishandling.
- Third-Party Repairs – Any work done outside DEV Jewellers.
- Resizing – Adjusting size is not part of the warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Take Photos – Click clear pictures of the issue.
- Contact Us – Email us at support@devjewellers.com with your order number, photos, and a short note.
- Send Jewellery – We’ll guide you on how to send your piece safely.
- We Inspect & Repair – If approved, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
